One of our sales people has an unusable Rhino on their laptop. It crashes 100% of the time when trying to open it, even if it’s a blank session. I updated the graphics drivers but no luck. It will open in safe mode, and I saved the system info. Here it is:

This doesn’t look very helpful, but maybe it is. The graphics card is an Nvidia GTX1050. He said this has been happening for about a month. We just updated to the latest SR hoping that would help, but it didn’t.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dan
