Issue uploading grasshopper script to Shapediver

Hey everyone,

First-time poster, and first-time user of shapediver. I’m a relatively new user of grasshopper too - I have a map I generated out of the Urbano plug-in, which I then internalized all of the data for. I am looking to upload it to shapediver. Unfortunately when I go to upload I get an error that reads “Computation of your model failed for an unknown reason.”

I have attached my grasshopper script with all of the internalized data. I was trying to dig and research to see what the issue may be. It seems there are limitations for meshes that can be uplaoded, and I feel that the 3D building data might be causing the upload to fail. Would someone be able to have a look at my file for me and point me in the right direction of what I might need to resolve in order for my file to upload correctly?

Apologies if this may be a bit of a silly question or answer, and I appreacite any and all help and advice

When I try to open your definition, I get this error:

This is likely what happens also on the servers, which then get stuck at this step. It appears that some data contained in the definition is native to Urbano and cannot be processed without the plugin.

Additionally, after I close this popup, I get a second one because your definition uses a font that is not supported on my laptop (and likely not on the servers either). Make sure you use only the supported fonts (including in text panels and such). Which fonts are supported on ShapeDiver?

Hey! I updated the font, and went through and eliminated other urbano components.

I went to upload and it contained too much mesh - so I disabled some geometry I might not need and it uploaded successfully!

Thanks for your help!
