Is there a RIR Function / method for "Insert Views" in Rhino 7

Hi all,

I’m looking for a way to copy drafting views/sheets from a source doc/family/template to a target project using rhino.inside.revit. Basically revit’s “Insert views” function using gh script.

We don’t have a component that does that replicates the Revit UI insert Views command.

thank you and Yes, it’s a similar question. I’ll try my luck with REVIT API to execute the “Insert Views” command, assuming there is one.

Is there a open source lib for RIR, for ppl to contribute custom RIR scripts?

If you are planning to do it on your own, you can use the below as guidance and if you download the Revit SDK as mentioned in the below link, you will find the functions you need to achieve it and sample workflow… hope it helps and good luck :slight_smile:
