Curves on Wind simulation with Collision

I’m trying to recreate this picture. [6832523.546eabbe29338] Attempt 1: I’ve been trying to use fields to move the points away from the blue area, but some curves are still crossing through it. I’m aiming to have the curves consistently avoid the blue area without intersecting it. (for simplification, now the collider is a blue area. After succeeding, then I will change it to a text).
