Is Grasshopper 2 stable? Do you have any development tutorials

I have been following the testing of Grasshopper 2 for quite some time now, and I’m wondering if it has reached a stable state. Are there any development tutorials or guidelines available? I am planning to develop a plugin and, considering the future focus will be on Grasshopper 2, I would like to start developing directly for this version rather than creating plugins for Grasshopper 1. Are there any development templates or tutorials specifically for Grasshopper 2?

Grasshopper 2 is still in alpha state, so you would not waste your time creating a Grasshopper 1 plugin. Also note that Grasshopper 2 will not replace Grasshopper 1 anytime soon, if ever.
