Is an Nvidia Quadro P400 good enough for Rhino 7?

I mostly agree with Holo about Quadro/Geforce.

I have a Quadro RTX A3000 in my laptop, which is quite similar to a Geforce RTX 3060. There are a few more shader units, but the card is clocked slower. It’s very comparable, and just different enough to make things pointlessly confusing. [It has 6GB of RAM, which someday may be an issue.]

The RAM is also used for textures, which can go pretty quick. Fortunately, pathtracers such as Cycles don’t need space for shadows maps, such as a raytracer would.

It may only exist on higher cards, but at one time, it was a tradition to use ECC memory on Quadro cards.
