In the current version of Rhino on Mac (8.11.24254.15002, 2024-09-10) I can’t set the input types hint on the dropdown list. I have the same problem on the C# and Python RhinoCode components. A workaround in the C# is changing the input type on the RunScript method. On the python component there is no way to do this…
@Filipe_Brandao We are aware of the issue related to the search box at the top of the hints menu (logged here RH-83726 Hint menu does not work on macOS).
I have temporarily removed the search box to resolve this in 8.12. Would you mind testing the latest 8.12 release candidate?

Set your update frequency to Service Release Candidate and check updates. Rhino 8.11 should then download and update to latest 8.12 SRC
