I have a list of template files(.3dm files) which i want to use for my designs.
Is there a way to add all this files directly through some command.so that all the time i dont have to browse the file in my computer.

You mean, adding the files to your templates folder?
You can either add them manually to the templates folder (for instance, mine are in C:\Users\rodrigo.barcena\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files)
Or you can specify your own template folder in Tools, Options, Files:
