go thru the level 1 and level 2 manuals that are included with Rhino-
help>learn rhino>tutorials and samples> level 1 pdf (and level 2 pdf)

This is good advice from @theoutside to learn, starting with the fundamentals. I know because I did about two years ago when first learning Rhino 
. Attention spans are very short in our TicTok world and don’t do us much good when we need to understand fundamentals!
