IIS RhinoCompute handle larger models (300mb) increase request filesize

Tried updating manually.
Broke the entire config.

How do I update the IIS to allow for models of size 300mb? I tried updating the config but then I broke the entire IIS and wont run anymore

Can you tell me precisely what to change in the auto-generated config?
