Visualarq does not seem able to correctly export in IFC the object parameters of a window which is in two walls at the same time.
In the image below we see the export of the model opened in BIMVISION:
Only one wall is cut…
Could we fix that? This is annoying for duplex windows for example. For the moment the solution that I found is to split the window in two but it is not visually satisfactory.

As for the wall not being extended, you are doing this extension using the wall layer offset option and it looks like this offset is not being exported to IFC. You can get this extension using the _vaWallExtend or the _vaSubtractSolids commands.
As for the problem with the door opening, I could reproduce and I have just reported it. I will let you know when we have a solution for this.
