I cannot get this polysurface to import as a family

I have this polysurface that I would like to send to Revit as a generic model family (using New Component Family), but I keep getting these errors.

  1. Revit Data conversion service failed to import geometry
  2. Revit SAT module failed to import geometry
  3. Failed to convert geometry.

Rebuilding the edges helps a bit, i turned down the Rhino document tolerance to .01 helped. You can explode and rebuild edges manually, then rejoin as well.

Baking the open brep and using ShowEdges illustrates the problematic areas.

Thank you, I rebuilt the portion with the sloppy edges and it imported as expected.
