How to Triangulate a complex rhino model

I know how to triangulate objects in Grasshopper, but I cant get my Grasshopper to work on my computer for some reason.
And I’m running out of time before this project is due.
Does anyone know a way to triangulate a model?
A set of commands would be very helpful.

run the _Mesh command… select the mesh then run _TriangulateMesh.

if that doesn’t work for you then i’m not sure what you’re asking.
