If you are absolutely new to Rhino, you should first start with basic knowledge, i.e.
Rhino - Learn to use Rhino.
Without training a fight in boxing ring you go KO immediately, here it is no different.

I’m using rhino since 2 weeks and I know some stuff about modeling but I’m confusing about modelling
this orange strips 
It is not that difficult.
The key to the success is to have upper and bottom curves drawn properly with minimum control points.
Divide them equally, draw lines and then usen ribbon command for flat pieces.
Piece of cake in grasshopper where you could automate the rounding process and more.
As the others have said, this is a pretty ambitious project for a beginner.
You should work though some basic tutorials and spend some time searching and reading in these forums. Not many things about Rhino that haven’t been asked about (and answered) here.
You’ll get more help if you try to do as much as you can. Then post screen shots and files here with specific questions about the parts you’re having trouble with.
