Creating this model in Grasshopper

Hey guys. I have created this model in Rhino, but as a beginner, in GH I don’t know how to find the easiest way to create this (since I need it for a digital production class). It would be really helpful if anyone is willing to share a similar definition and/or tips on how to create this.

Can you show us a picture? Some incentive to download a Rhino file, which I presume that link is for?
