How to make surface

Iโ€™m going to make a shape on the right. How do you make it with the line on the left? I tried network sf and it came out so weird.

you could approach it in this way, making two pipes, then trim and make a blendsurface. The attached is just for topology and not an optimized example:

btw: you could also consider QuadRemesh (200 faces in this example, detect hard edges off, to SubD)
