How to make 90 degree holes from curves

I am new to rhino/grasshopper and can’t figure a way to do next problem.
I have a drawing of 16.000 circels (curves) which i would all have extruded as 90° holes (spot drill holes).
I know how to do this for one hole at a time but not for all the holes at once. They are all different diameters. See the screenshots i uploaded for a better idea of what i’m trying to explain.

Extrude Point could be a way.

I’m not very confident that a boolean difference with 16000+ objects will work in Grasshopper. Maybe it’s better to bake the cones and do the boolean in Rhino. (10.1 KB)
