How to load .hdr into Rhino environment with Grasshopper

Hi Guys

I am currently exploring the possibility of performing automation rendering using Grasshopper. I am able to import .rmtl and very happy with the result!

l would like to check if there is a way to import .hdr into the scene to make it look better?

Thanks in advance
Chua

This is Import Model Environment:

This is V9 (not sure if it exists in V8). If you own V8 you can try WiP.

Hi Michael

I can’t find additional features under my Render tab except these two:

Did you install separate plugins for R8?

Thanks and Best Regards

You might have to update to the latest release…

Hi @chuachinghong,

What version of Rhino are you using?

You can check in the Help>About Rhino, Help>Check For Updates, or by running the command SystemInfo

I’m on version 8.10 so it’s quite possible you on a previous version that does not have that component added yet.

EDIT:

Nevermind, I see that you solved it with @martinsiegrist’s help
