Accessing the rhino environment editor from within grasshopper

Hi all,

I posted this question on the grasshopper forums but sadly didn’t get a reply yet. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

I am currently using Neon rendering with a Brazil GI environment. I would like to be able to change the “azimuth” setting of the HDR image that I’m using to light the scene (so that the ‘sun direction’ can be dependent on a grasshopper variable).
Can anyone tell me if this is even possible and if so, how I could get this to work?
I sadly do not have any experience with scripting in grasshopper, but if someone could point me in the right direction to set up a working script I’d be happy to give it a shot.
Thanks in advance!
Stef

For the original post and an image of the setting that I’m talking about, please follow this link:

I think changing the posts category to Rendering -> Brazil or Scripting would make sense. Because when you can change that value in Rhino (using a script) you can change it in GH, too.

Thanks Marcus, I changed it!
