How to delete geometries inside brep

Hi,

I cant seem to delete off the rectangular geometries within my slanted brep. I have tried point in brep but that only works with points. And solid difference does not work as well.

You need to provide at least one point for the inside check. In your case this could be either the area centroid or all four corners:
