where exactly are you stuck?
it would be helpful for yourself but also for others trying to help you, to provide a bit more information other than just a sketch. if you have a file where you started and have certain regions you failed to proceed, that would help.
building that from scratch or iterating you through each step would be pretty tedious. its not very difficult for anybody with basic rhino skills but rather time consuming.
explananing what grasshopper parameters would aim for would also be helpful.
