How to create "military projection" in Rhino?

Hello to all!

I am trying to create a “military projection” in Rhino with certain angles: 60 and 30 degrees. (please see picture) It is important that the final drawing is undistorted, so all lines (x, y and z direction) are in the original scale. Can anyone help me?
