Hi guys, I’ve recently have been working on this project for school and have been trying to create a triangle/spikey façade all over a shape. as seen in the image I have used the lunch box plugin to achieve random boxes all over the facades of the cube. The issue I’m having is now creating the random triangles/spikes along the façade of the cube which I am finding hard.
To explain the second image: In the second image, I have also made it to where I can edit the geometry of the shape so that if I wanted 12 facades then I could apply this. I have also attached my rhino file just to make this easier.
To explain what I am doing, I wanted to create an idea where no matter what shape is made, if its a cube or a hexagon, the façade will follow what ever shape is set. (I hope this makes sense)
