How to change the camera position using " hot " buttons?

It’s difficult to move the mouse all the time.
I want to install hot button for the camera to make it easier to work with.

So far I have set the buttons for the command:

_NetworkSrf

Shift + Ctrl + A

_Split

Shift + Ctrl + B
Shift + Ctrl + S

_Join

Shift + Ctrl + D

Normally the arrow keys (or Alt+Arrow) will pan ortho views and rotate perspective views. The settings are here:

(PageUp/PageDown will zoom in and out)

(the smaller the number the faster it will rotate but with bigger increments)
