Change way of rotate/pan/zoom in Rhino?

Hi,

is it possible to change the mouse buttons / keys pressed for rotating, panning
and zooming in Rhino? Only found options for the middle mouse button in the
"Tools - Options".

Could this be done via macros or key bindings?

Background is to make it easier for a customer to shift to Rhino, they are using
another CAD programm so far.
