How to change button command according to display language?

I build a button on a toolbar for creating a layer with command as below
! _-Layer Test1 _Current Test1
My problem is that if the user change display language, the name of layer cannot be changed according to the display language.
Is there any method to change the content of button command relate to the display language automatically?

Hi kklu- no, there is no way to translate user defined text in Rhino. For example, Test1 is not a word in any language.
