How do I model corrugated card in Rhino?

Hi there, can anyone suggest the simplest way to model corrugated card? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Just add Textures to the faces (not my thing so others can explain how to do that)

For Real
Draw a cross section (excluding the flat top and bottom if that type of corrugated board) and ExtrudeCrv. Add a flat surface top and bottom. OffsetSrf to thicken all the bits and BooleanUnion to make one part.
