How do I clean up pinching in subd modeling

Ive tried to remove crease and weld the vertices no luck, and rebridge

can i ask how you broke this in the first place? or does anyone know a good way to break a subd, so that the repairsubd command will fix? im trying to make a demo video for this command, but can’t figure out how to break it for fixing in the first place. thanks

I hate that rhino has merge, weld, join, sitch.
I would love to see a “smart-glue” command that guesses the most valid workflow under the hood…

my preferred workflow for subd / cases like this:
randomly pick / subselect edges or vertices
Gumball-move them to make the problem visible.
(this will allow correct selection)
then _stich
_stich is the most powerfull tool and this workflow will fit for most situations - you might need to combine it with deleting micro-slim-faces…

make it worse before stitch
