How can I save custom paper sizes and frames?

I can’t find a way to save my custom size to the drop-down list of RhinoPDF printer. Am I missing something?

I don’t think there is a way to save these. Rhino just remembers the last used Custom settings.

You can add your own paper sizes to the Adobe PDF printer though, via the settings window.

It would be really nice if Rhino would allow saving custom page formats! Can’t be so difficult.
