Heron：Loading heron was too slow for me

Hi, I am new to heron. I came arcoss with some problems and I need your help now.
The first and bigest question is that loading heron was too slow.Sometimes it taked about 10 minutes for me,sometimes it failed with this loading error window as this:

Heron version: 0.4.2 Using Packagemanager inside Rhino.
P.S：Heron 0.2 from Food4Rhino didnot have this problem.

I think this may have something to do with a firewall. The components throwing errors reach out to HeronServiceEndpoints.json to populate end points for services it uses for downloads. If they are blocked but keep trying, it could take awhile for the errors to be thrown.
