I need a brick texture and a sand texture for a project, is there any way I can make one or import one from somewhere?

Have you tried using your favourite search engine to find brick textures and sand textures? It would give you links to say polyhaven.com to download texture image files from. You can import them easily into Rhino.

Rhino comes with a number of brick materials that will download on demand too. Import from material library via the Materials panel.
