Well your computer is really not up to spec for Rhino 8 and your video drivers are a bit old. The main artifacts I see, however, are due to objects that overlap, or are near enough to it, that “flickering” as you rotate around.

What do I do to solve it? I want to stop the fragmenting when I rotate and ensure that the model volumes and appearance look the same in all the viewports. The aim is to use the section part of my model and turn that into an axonometric drawing. That is all I need/want to do.

How are you trying to output it?

I want to create an Axo drawing of it that I can transfer to Illustrator or AutoCad, where I can edit the line weights. Then, I’ll transfer that to my portfolio.

Okay so do your Make2d then see what sort of issues you have.
