Help with Lunchbox

Hi, I’m pretty new to grasshopper and having a troubles with getting adequate surface paneling, gh sees the rhino trimmed surfaces as their initial shapes

How can I panel it in a way that it will recognize the right geometry and flow nicely along each quarter?

Could it possibly follow the geometry without a ‘dirty trim’, and have defined borders?
