Hi I just want to close all these crves so that I can make them all into one surface but there is many open gaps and going one by one would take too long
Have you tried-CloseCrv ?
It might be helpful if you have a file to upload ![]()
try
_connect
_closeCurve
_curveBoolean
Illustrator has a similar tool with a gap tolerance - but it will mess up the curve quality - depending on what s your next step, it might be acceptable.
if this does not help - upload the file please
I see a lot of points, but from the image, no real gaps… I wonder if you have some overlapping curves or things might not be joined?
Might try just selecting all first and Join. Then SelOpenCrv to see what’s still open. CloseCrv might work.
If there are mostly overlaps, what might work:
Select all the curves, run CurveBoolean
Set options CombineRegions=No Ouptut=Curves AllRegions
If you are lucky, you will get all closed regions. Any still open curves will not make a closed region, so the result from above can show you the openings to fix.
In general, to avoid people having to speculate on how to help, please post a file…
