2. Basic About Information if Rhino isn’t loading into Revit
This is typically a conflict with a Revit Addin that loads an older version of a shared .dll before Rhino.Inside.Revit gets a chance to load the latest. The first Addin that loads wins.
There is a tool to help troubleshoot here.
You can open Rhino on its own and run SystemInfo in the command line to get Rhino version, Video Configuration and Rhino 3rd Party Plugin info.
or go to Add Remove Programs and select the Program to get its version.
