I am trying to view some things in the rendered viewport and for whatever reason they appear very dark (see the first image). I am in Rhino 7 and when I did this previously in Rhino 6, it worked like shown in the second image. What is causing the display to be so gray? Material settings are the same and view settings are default.
Hi Sierra - in the rendering panel, (panels menu, if it is not open) scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Reset to defaults’ - does that sort it out?

No, defaults are already set. The brighter image is from working in Rhino 6 in Mac and so I am trying to figure out how to make the rendered viewport look like those defaults.
Hii Sierra - can you post the file, and the output from the Rhino command SystemInfo, either here, or to tech@mcneel.com, with a link back here in your comments?
