Since a few weeks the Help Panel keeps coming back.
It happens when I start Rhino but even within a session…
Hi Marc - my guess of the moment is the Settings file is being reloaded - do you have more than one Rhino open?

Same here - Help + Notifications popup at random times.
Just updated my graphics drivers - I think that may have fixed it.
