Hello - I’ll see if I can interpret this. You close all the panels and then restart Rhino and the panels are back, open? Or when you restart your computer these are reset? Or something else?

I noticed Libraries and Help come back after Rhino Update.
And Notifications comes back after every Rhino launch.
It stopped doing this.
