Hii everyone, I want the red lines to stop when they intersect with the green lines. Does someone know how to do it? I can´t figure it out by myself.
This is what I got

Dear wwwbss.122. (just checked
) this is your second topic. Both with the title: “Help in grasshopper”. In this forum we all need more (or less, or no) help, or are busy giving it.
May I invite you to use more meaningfull titles: Mabye: “How to stop lines when they intersect with other lines”
I hope I understood your question well:
Shatter is a good solution, but gives in your example many thousands of lines. Not easy to manage.
So I made a solid brep from the “green lines”
and split curve with brep then gives your lines cut in 0, 1 or 2 pieces.
Select the ones you want to keep (or cull what you want to loose)
Regards, Eef
Dear Jeff, how did you solve that all those lines are not in 1 plane. To not miss lines I made the brep
I didn’t even notice they’re not all on the same plane until now.. (and I now see a few of the lines were missed using this method)… as I said, quick&dirty ![]()
@jeff_hammond I think if you feed in the XY Plane, it would work fine.
