Help! I can't see any options for materials

that is/was a recurring bug in v7, i wrote about that way back, i had the feeling i did not see it anymore eventually,

here the topic i made, there is also a bugtracker and its supposed to be fixed so you might have to update?

Bug: Properties Material - Settings disappear

often after changing objects and materals, do the settings not show up anymore. it is not fully clear when it happens and it seems to help to click on an object with an entire different material to get the settings back on the other.
