Help: Flamingo nxt fails to install on new computer

I have a customer who has trouble installing Flamingo on a new machine (NXT)
His license is a Flamingo 3.0 that get’s the green flag (ok tag) when typed in when installing as a standalone.
Then he gets this Fail screen:

What does the error log say?
Windows 10?

So what you say is that they have to unzip the .msi file and install it manually?

Holo - Yes, it means unzipping and installing manually. We are seeing this more and more on newer operating systems with both the old Flamingo and Rhino 5. Most of the time the separate installers will work.
