Hatch will not display or print in Layout

IN the attached File “Elmcrest Archiectual and Elevations.3dm” there is a 2d Drawing that has hatch for shingles "Asphalts"on an upper and Lower roof.
The Hatch displays and prints ok while in model space. The hatch will not display, or Print, in Layout “Page1” . I checked this in both Rhino version 8 and the new beta version (downloaded today) no difference The hatch will not display or Print in layout. Can you help?

You can fix current “issue” by unchecking the Enable Hatch Scaling option.
