I’d like to start a topic that maybe some of you can also relate to. I’m an architect, and for small-scale projects I usually use Rhino for drafting and modeling. What I find a bit disappointing, though, is that Rhino doesn’t seem to support linetypes or hatches with symbols—or am I mistaken?
For example, in phase planning you often need to show what will be demolished with an outline line that looks like this: - x - x - x - x - x - x. The same goes for hatches: when drafting, some countries have specific standards for hatch appearances. It would be great if Rhino allowed more customization, including hatches or linetypes with custom symbols, such as - o - o - o - o -. do someone of you maybe have an idea include this? maybe would be a nice thing for Rhino 9?
