Gumball works differently

My gumball works differently.
When you click on the gumball and move an object, the object jumps to the position where I clicked the gumball’s arrow with the mouse cursor.
If I want to move an object by 1 mm, it first moves 5 mm and then I have to move the object back to 4 mm.
Also, grid-snapping is suddenly no longer available.

I cannot remember at all which setting of the property I changed.
I am using Rhino 7 for Windows.

The behavior you are describing is called snappy dragging, you can change this in the Gumball Settings, or by clicking the white circle (bunny tail) on the Gumball

Grid Snap can be turned on and off in the StatusBar
