I’ve changed the grid settings to these values:
I save the settings and close Rhino.
After opening Rhino the original values are back.
Am I doing something wrong?

These settings apply to the current document. If you want to change the settings for new documents, you’ll have to modify the template files. Here is where they’re stored on my computer:
%appdata%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\8.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files

So I need to edit the existing template, and save it as a
new template, then everything should be ok.
Yes, either save a new template or override an existing template.
