Xformcomponent doesn’t appear in grasshopper, and this messege sends when I load grasshopper, I don’t know the cause of this error ?

That error reminds me of having installed Polyhedra both from package manager (yak) and from Food4Rhino. Since it has the same GUID it simply doesn’t load any of the two versions even though I explicitly say YES to replace the files when GH asks.
Check if you don’t have this plugin installed twice in separate folders. Look for the .gha file of that plugin.
Also had troubles like that once…
If you separate all the plugins in separate folders, you should be fine. I’ve never had the problem since !
But you’d have to delete them all and re-insltall them not to mix up dll files and so…

When I put pufferfish the error appear , and when I put it in folder, the error disappear but the plugin that is in folder dissapeare in grasshopper.
Seems weird to me… Is your Gh version up to date?

If you don’t get any update pop ups, you should be on the last version…
you can manually check to file>properties>Updates and statistics.
If all of that is ok, I don’t know why it doesn’t work…

This error can happen with Pufferfish if you do not follow the installation instructions. Did you follow exactly the installation instructions that comes with Pufferfish? Also do you have COFF off by any chance (which can cause things to load out of order)? This can happen when Pufferfish loads before Grasshoppers Twisted Box library. Usually a computer restart can sort it out.
To check COFF: Open Rhino. Type the command:
GrasshopperDeveloperSettings
Make sure “Memory load *.GHA assemblies
using COFF byte arrays” is checked.
PUFFERFISH INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST STEPS:
1. Delete any previous versions of Pufferfish you have installed.
2. Right click the Pufferfish2-6.gha > go to Properties > If you see check box in the bottom right that says “Unblock”, check it and hit Apply > OK.RHINO 5 NEXT STEPS:
1. You should be using atleast Rhino 5 SR14.
2. Open Grasshopper and go to File > Special Folders > Components Folder.
3. Place the Pufferfish2-6.gha file in that folder.
4. Completely close both Grasshopper and Rhino fully. *
5. Launch Rhino, then Grasshopper, you should now have a Pufferfish tab in Grasshopper. *RHINO 6 NEXT STEPS:
1. If you have Rhino 5 also, just install the Pufferfish2-6.gha in Rhino 5 (follow Rhino 5 instructions above), Rhino 6 will pick it up automatically from there.
2. Do not install the Pufferfish2-6.gha in both Rhino 5 and Rhino 6. *
3. If you just have Rhino 6 then, Open Grasshopper and go to File > Special Folders > Components Folder. *
4. Place the Pufferfish2-6.gha file in that folder.
5. Completely close both Grasshopper and Rhino fully. *
6. Launch Rhino, then Grasshopper, you should now have a Pufferfish tab in Grasshopper.ADDITIONAL:
1. If you have followed the directions above and still have issues installing Pufferfish please try restarting your computer.

Ah I see the issue. You have plugins in the wrong place. That is where native grasshopper .gha libraries live and you have mixed plugins in with the native libraries. Plugins should go into File > Special Folders > Components Folder (which is actually a folder called Libraries).
BTW xform won’t have a tab, it is grasshoppers native transform component library.
