It happens I have the Grasshopper plugin that is loaded (though not launched) everytime Rhino starts.
Obviously running Rhino 7 in safe mode - I can’t see this.
On another computer - same Rhino version but Windows 10 - I can’t see this.
On the SAME computer, but in latest Rhino WIP, I also don’t have the problem.
What I have tried so far :
disable third parties that weren’t on the other system
disable ALL third parties + Paneling tools and Section Tools
UNINSTALL all plugins and delete the folders from the AppData folder
delete all (one, really) Python script
remove my Grasshopper Developer Settings (though I have the same installation on the other systems with no problem)
check in the registry the LoadMode=2 for Grasshopper
uninstall and reinstall Rhino from scratch
…
I’m out of ideas.
Is there a way (like a log file or something) that could indicate what triggers this Grasshopper loading ?
Is that a hidden setting somewhere ?
I wouldn’t call that a problem, though?
If Grasshopper launches automatically, that’s something VisualARQ, Lands, Tibidabo will do if you launch Rhino from the plug-in icon on the desktop. If, somehow, your “regular” Rhino launches any of those automatically, you might want to try creating a new scheme and see if that helps.

The problem is that because of Grasshopper being loaded, Lands Design detects it, wants to load its GH plugin, and therefore launches Grasshopper as soon as a command is called in Rhino, which shouldn’t be the case according to Asuni support team.
