Grasshopper Breakpoint - GH_Canvas::InstantiateNewObject()

Hello,

I am running grasshopper on Rhino 7 and get this error when trying to create an object. I have the human, humanUI, and Rhino.inside.Revit plugins. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm if this error occured before the plug-ins were installed as I did not try creating objects before they were installed. This error occurs both when using grasshopper from Rhino and when opening through Revit.

Attached below is the standard grasshopper in Rhino error breakpoint:

Here is the error when using grasshopper from inside Revit:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve moved this to the Rhino.Inside Revit category…

Hi @Vincent_Wong,

Have a sample, that we can run here, that reproduces the issue will probably be necessary.

Hi Dale, I believe this is not purely a Rhino.inside issue as it occurs with base grasshopper as well. When using rhino.inside, this issue occurs both with a blank template and with predefined models. In other words, I cannot create any objects in any instances of grasshopper via any method of opening grasshopper

Hi @Vincent_Wong,

You might also want to run Rhino’s SystemInfo command and post your results.

Hey Dale, sorry for the late update but unfortunately, updating my Rhino7 to SR29 did not fix the issue. Do you have any other suggestions as to why I could be getting this error?
