HELLO. HOW TO EXPORT DRAWINGS PROPERLY TO AUTO CAD. I CAN SEE MY DRAWINGS IN ACAD BUT ACAD DONT WANT TO SNAP TO SPLAJN POINTS. WHY POLYLINES BECOMES SPLAIN?
Hello - there are a number of export options to DWG -
It looks like this is the one to change, for you:
Any luck?
-Pascal
Hi Pascal! it was the first option that i used. ive tried many export configurations. i think its still problem. its looks better when i am using convert curves to polylines before export
I think you might want to change the setting for Polycurves from Splines to “Polylines with bulge arcs” - that way polycurves composed of lines and arcs will stay that way and not get converted to splines.
If you have created free-form curves in Rhino, either they will stay splines on export, or you will need to convert them to polylines under the Curves setting - then it will use the tessellation parameters below, but your free form curve will of course then be segmented.
hi it works better now. i also changed curves for lines in export scheme so now on i cant see splain in exports.
