Gismo -1. First please run the Gismo Gismo component

Hello,

im a beginner in grasshopper, we learnt it at college so i know basics. Im having trouble with a plug-in called gismo. I installed it following instructions on youtube and it appeared in grasshopper and now its showing this error: “1. First please run the Gismo Gismo component.”. I dont understand the error and need your help. Here is a screenshot just in case.

have you ran the Component called Gismo under the sub-menu Gismo ?

Hi @Ida_Bajtek ,
As @inno correctly pointed out, you always need to have “Gismo Gismo” main component on the Grasshopper canvas in order for other Gismo components to work.

If you are trying to generate terrain for the defined location, download this .gh file:

You would need to obtain a free API key, to generate the terrain. Download this video, to see how to do obtain it:
